Durable, modern surface finishes for desks, partitions, storage and conference furniture.
Commercial office furniture operates under demanding conditions: 10+ hours of daily use, coffee spills, pen marks, roller-chair contact and the occasional heavy equipment load. GONGDA decorative PVC film provides the surface durability and visual consistency that office furniture manufacturers need to meet BIFMA standards and client expectations — at a cost structure that supports competitive bidding on large fit-out projects.
Our product range covers the full office furniture portfolio: desktop surfaces, return panels, modesty panels, storage cabinet doors, drawer fronts, partition screens and conference table tops. Each application receives the appropriate film specification — from thin, flexible films for curved partition edges to thick, rigid films for high-wear desktop surfaces.
Taber abrasion testing (CS-17 wheel, 1,000 cycles) shows weight loss under 80mg for our standard office-grade film and under 50mg for reinforced topcoat variants. This translates to years of daily use without visible wear patterns on desk surfaces.
Resists common office chemicals: permanent marker (removed with alcohol), coffee, toner, disinfectant sprays and hand sanitizer. No staining or surface degradation after 24-hour contact exposure per EN 438-2 testing protocols.
PVC film itself is self-extinguishing (LOI > 45). When combined with fire-retardant MDF or particle-board substrates, finished components meet B1 (GB 8624) and Class C (ASTM E84) fire ratings required for commercial building installations.
Desktop surfaces require the highest abrasion resistance in office furniture. We recommend 0.25–0.35mm decorative PVC film with UV-cured topcoat on 25mm E1-grade particle board. Popular finishes: super-matte gray, white, light oak and walnut. The super-matte surface minimizes screen glare and fingerprint visibility — critical for the modern screen-heavy workplace.
Edge banding: 2mm PVC with matching color and anti-chipping radius edge. Cable management cutouts sealed with matching edge banding or PVC T-molding.
Partition screens and storage cabinets use 0.18–0.25mm film on 16–18mm MDF or honeycomb-core board. The lighter film enables tight-radius bending on partition corners without whitening or cracking. Fabric-texture and linen-texture PVC films are popular for partition surfaces, providing acoustic dampening visual cues and a softer aesthetic than hard surfaces.
Conference table tops: 0.30–0.40mm film with enhanced scratch coating on 36mm double-sided laminated board. Available in wood grain, marble and solid colors with seamless edge banding.

Large office fit-out projects require precise color consistency across hundreds of components. GONGDA provides batch color certification with ΔE values for every production run. For projects over 50,000 meters, we maintain dedicated production slots to ensure single-batch color uniformity and just-in-time delivery aligned with your assembly schedule.
Roll widths of 1,250mm and 1,400mm minimize waste on standard 1,220mm board widths. Pre-cut sheet service available for automated lamination lines — reducing your factory's material handling and cutting labor.
